We made a good choice with Westerly
Our existing blower motor had overheated and caught fire—at least briefly. Westerly quickly responded to our request for service and immediately sent a repairman. The company has a very good policy and procedure for keeping its customer in the loop and up to date regarding their repair status. Its repairman was knowledgeable and responded to questions plainly and fully. The repair and replacement was complete and our system up and running within less than two days. (Slight delay to obtain a special connector, the first having burned.) The parts were not inexpensive, but were from the manufacturer, so all connections worked immediately using approved parts. Our repairman, Nick, was careful to explain everything (including costs) as we went along. We are satisfied that we made a good choice with Westerly!

I usually wait and give the service some time to settle before reviewing, so here it is. Josh came by and did a thorough examination of my duct system. He didn't just look at them; he checked each duct and plenum box. He listened very carefully to my concerns and came up with multiple solutions to fix the problem, and so far his first solution fixed the issue. He was very respectful to me and my home. He cleaned up when the job was complete. I've had other companies come out before Westerly Air but just gave me the runaround, figuring I didn't do research, or they just couldn't answer my questions. Josh was able to answer my questions and encouraged more. He made sure I understood everything. Excellent job Josh and Westerly Air. Integrity at its finest. Thank you.

They were awesome! They came within the hour after I called them for service, even though they didn’t have to. I thought it was too late in the afternoon and told them they could come the next day. The technician, Nick Gonzales, quickly found the issue and fixed it. I will be signing a maintenance contract as soon as the other company I fired refunds my money. It’s a growing company, so give them a chance. I had an electrical box that needed to be replaced and was not up to code.
